At St. David’s, we believe that confirmation preparation starts at a young age. However, the actual confirmation class is a year long and is offered to sophomores in high school (as well as adults). The youth are required to be at the 3 FOR ALLs for lessons (see description of the 3 FOR ALL program on the “weekly schedule” under the “events” tab) and fellowship and Confirmation is late in the Spring Semester. Due to the fact that 3 FOR ALLs are not every week and we try to plan around school holidays, Confirmands must attend these meetings. They are allowed to miss one 3 FOR ALL with no questions asked. Any additional absences must be discussed with Fr. Paul. While Confirmands are not required to attend traditional Sunday School, they are encouraged.
